Who We Are
What do you do for Van Dyke Horn?
I provide project management and content creation for several clients, from nonprofit organizations to global corporations. I coordinate closely with my team to execute our clients’ visions and objectives.
What are some highlights from your previous experience?
Before arriving at Van Dyke Horn, I was interning at the Michigan State University Resource Center for Persons with Disabilities as a public relations coordinator. In this role, I helped foster a more inclusive environment for present and future students with disabilities.
How do you support the community?
During my time at MSU, I was a resident assistant and a peer mentor for freshman and transfer students. Outside of MSU, I have valued the opportunity to raise awareness for different causes through my participation in various 5k events, volunteering at local hospitals, libraries and food banks, and shopping with different minority-owned businesses.
One of your top career achievements:
While at MSU, I was also the student event director and publicity chairman of Spartan Remix, an annual multicultural welcome festival. I would say that conducting this event for over 1,000 students and introducing them to diverse clubs and organizations, which allowed them to become more educated and celebrate pride in their communities, was my biggest achievement thus far.
Bachelor of Arts in Communication, with a Social Influence concentration, and dual minors in Public Relations and Leadership of Organizations. Go Green, Go White!
