What do you do for Van Dyke Horn?

I coordinate team efforts to implement strategic communication and marketing efforts for VDH’s robust client portfolio. I am responsible for maintaining productive relationships with local, state and national media personnel and leveraging those relationships to identify and catalyze high-level media opportunities for clients.

What are some highlights from your previous experience?

I previously served automotive, aviation, consumer product and non-profit clients on the account staff of a Farmington Hills-based public relations agency. Before that, I worked at Fiat Chrysler Automobiles as a news center coordinator, providing detailed media impact analysis on both corporate and product communications for FCA’s Jeep, RAM, Dodge, Chrysler, Fiat and Alfa Romeo brands. 


I earned my bachelor’s degree in public relations from Wayne State University.

How do you support the community? 

I facilitate the Wayne State University Public Relations Mentorship Program, which is designed to create strong one-on-one relationships between current Wayne State PR students and local professionals.

One of your top career achievements:

I had the privilege of facilitating the promotion of the Alzheimer’s Association’s 2019 Chocolate Jubilee. The Chocolate Jubilee is the Alzheimer’s Association’s foremost annual fundraiser and the 2019 occurrence achieved record-setting results.
